Your responsibilities vary depending on the internship duration, typically including:

• Managing social media presence 📲
• Conducting market research 📊
• Identifying new business opportunities 💡
• Supporting team members in scouting Israeli technologies based on U.S. market needs
• Organizing roadshows and delegations 🚀
• Participating in trade shows and other activities of the Economic Mission

Ideal candidates are outgoing, highly motivated, quick learners with strong business instincts and a passion for international innovation. No prior government or public diplomacy experience is required—just a desire to promote business and build meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communications
• Prior relevant work experience is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skills ✍️
• Knowledge of Hebrew is not required but advantageous
• Self-driven and enthusiastic about innovation, new tech, and international collaboration
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects 📁
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ⚡
• Ability to thrive in multicultural settings
• Specific industry or tech sector familiarity is a plus
• Start-up or project management experience is beneficial
