Position Summary

We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English to support business development efforts for an insurance services company. This role emphasizes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with Japanese corporate clients, and assisting sales initiatives through research, reporting, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities 🗝️

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and propose tailored solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients and partners
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentation materials for sales activities
• Track sales progress and support internal business development initiatives
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends

Qualifications 🎓

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information ℹ️

• Completion of at least one insurance license (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) within 3 months of hire
• Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as needed
