Join Our Growing Sales Team as a Business Consultant!

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to play a key role in driving new revenue and expanding our customer base through consultative selling. This full-cycle, quota-carrying position offers an exciting opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams and build long-term client relationships while helping local businesses succeed in the digital age. 🌟

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Identify and secure new business and upsell opportunities via consultative discovery and relationship building
  • Perform in-depth discovery to understand customer pain points, goals, and operational needs
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos that showcase abcPOS solutions' value
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to meet or surpass sales targets
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other tools
  • Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Services, and Implementation for successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Apply proven sales methodologies to uncover urgency, demonstrate value, and close deals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position abcPOS
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on customer insights and market dynamics
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role (e.g., BDR, Account Executive, Business Consultant)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Experience in high-velocity or transactional B2B SaaS sales environments
  • Strong full-cycle sales skills: discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and closing
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and ownership-driven attitude
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving sales environments
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
  • Experience in the food, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or SMB sectors is a plus

Nice to Have 🌟

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Previous B2B sales experience serving restaurants, hospitality, or retail clients
