Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $3,500 per month + commission + performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Location: In person
• Annual Compensation Range: $42,000 – $120,000
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language Requirements: English and Chinese (Mandarin/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai)

Responsibilities

• 📞 Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls and other channels to identify funding needs
• 📝 Collect and organize client information, submitting it to the designated team or recording in the system
• 🔍 Follow up promptly with leads to confirm interest
• 🎯 Achieve daily client acquisition targets and explore new outreach strategies
• 🤝 Assist with developing other business tasks and participate in relevant training sessions

Requirements

• 🌐 Bilingual proficiency in English and one of Mandarin/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai, with a Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. university and legal employment status
• 💼 Sales or service experience, ideally in lending or payments
• 🚀 Self-motivated, eager to learn, with a development plan to meet performance goals
