Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $3,500 per month + commission + performance bonus 💰
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Languages Required: English and Chinese 🌐

Responsibilities

• 📞 Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls or other channels to identify funding needs
• 📝 Collect and organize client information, submitting it to the relevant team or recording it systematically
• ⏳ Follow up promptly with leads to confirm interest and move the process forward
• 🎯 Achieve daily customer acquisition targets and explore new outreach strategies
• 🤝 Assist with developing other tasks and participate in relevant training sessions

Requirements

• 🌎 Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai, with a bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. university, and legal employment status
• 💼 Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in lending or payments
• 🚀 Self-motivated, eager to learn, with a clear development plan to meet performance goals
• 🤝 Passionate about serving SMEs and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
