Position: Sales Representative (Full-time)

Compensation: $3,500/month + commission + performance bonus 💰

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) 🕗

Education: Bachelor’s Degree 🎓

Language Requirements: English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• 📞 Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and other channels to identify funding needs
• 🗃️ Collect and organize client information, submit to the relevant team, or record in the system
• 🔔 Follow up promptly with leads provided by the company to confirm interest
• 🎯 Achieve daily customer acquisition targets and explore new outreach strategies
• 🤝 Assist with additional tasks as the business develops and participate in training sessions

Requirements

• 📝 Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai, with a bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. university and legal employment status
• 💼 Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in lending or payments
• 🚀 Self-motivated, eager to learn, with a plan to meet performance goals
• ❤️ Passionate about serving SMEs and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
