We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in enterprise systems and strong communication abilities to lead requirements gathering and UAT sessions.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in Inventory Management systems
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as:
• SAP (MM/WM)
• Oracle ERP
• Microsoft Dynamics
• NetSuite
• or similar enterprise systems
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and UAT sessions
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
