Your Role: Analyst, Business Strategy & Analytics 🎯

You will be an integral part of our team, providing data, reporting, and analytics to empower strategic decision-making across the organization. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and corporate partnerships, you will fulfill data requests, enhance forecasting models, and uncover new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 🚀

• Design and maintain dashboards for key performance metrics accessible to decision-makers
• Create compelling narratives from data to showcase performance trends and opportunities
• Conduct market research, including surveys and syndicated studies, to uncover fan insights
• Handle recurring and ad hoc data/report requests accurately and promptly
• Serve as a resource for solving business challenges using analytics and process improvements
• Monitor digital performance metrics, including streaming analytics for Padres.TV
• Participate in strategic projects, modeling, validation, and process automation initiatives
• Prepare and deliver presentations suited to audiences with different levels of technical expertise
• Work independently or collaboratively on projects of varying complexity
• Perform additional duties as required

Desired Knowledge & Skills 🌟

• Ability to explain processes, decisions, and outcomes clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), PowerBI, Looker, or Domo
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a respectful, collaborative attitude
• Professional demeanor characterized by discretion, integrity, and responsibility
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

• Must be at least 18 years old by the start date
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Math, Stats, Business, CS) or equivalent experience
• Practical experience with relational databases and querying languages/tools (SQL, R, Python, MATLAB, Stata, etc.)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to access various areas of the ballpark for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The hourly range for this full-time role in California is $24.04 - $26.45. Compensation will be based on experience, education, and skills.
