🚀 Job Title: Business Analyst (BA)
This client-facing, full-time, intermediate-level position offers an opportunity to bring your passion and skills to a team dedicated to supporting nonprofits through Salesforce solutions.
Job Summary
In this forward-looking role, you will collaborate with nonprofit clients to define workflows, requirements, and solutions within their Salesforce environment. Your responsibilities include project discovery, design, configuration, training, and documentation—all to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position is ideal for those looking to strengthen their skills in developing and configuring core technology solutions for nonprofit needs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and facilitate goal setting
- Translate business processes into technical requirements
- Conduct efficient client meetings
- Manage time effectively
- Report on project status
- Configure Salesforce tools based on requirements
- Recommend, configure, and integrate third-party tools (fundraising, event management, document generation, forms)
- Perform testing and issue tracking
- Create business process documentation and contribute to the Craftsman knowledgebase
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and relevant tools
- Deliver end-user training to clients
📝 Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working in nonprofit operations
- Some experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong client management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning in technology and nonprofit sectors
- Flexibility to travel occasionally

- Experience deploying technology projects
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary Range
$72,500 – $87,500
