Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Bilingual) with fluency in English and Korean who possesses over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects within global, multilingual teams, emphasizing strategic impacts such as optimizing enterprise systems for multinational clients in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify problems and design innovative solutions.
• 📝 Document requirements, create user stories, and support testing phases including QA and UAT.
• 🔍 Analyze processes, estimate project timelines, and mentor junior analysts to foster growth and excellence.

Required Skills

• 📝 Strong analytical, facilitation, and technical writing abilities.
• 💻 Proficiency with tools such as Excel, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.
• 🌐 Fluency in both English and Korean for stakeholder communications and interactions.
