Your Future Role

As a Solution Designer with strong Business Analyst skills, you will join our Billing Layout team. This team manages invoice design and functionality, including e-invoicing and PDF formats, playing a vital role in our digital transformation efforts. Your responsibilities will serve as a bridge between the business and development teams to ensure smooth requirements gathering and project execution.

What You Will Do

• Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather and discuss requirements for invoice layout and design 📝
• Document and coordinate business requirements clearly and effectively
• Align with various stakeholders to clarify open questions and set priorities
• Translate business needs into technical language and formats suitable for development teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements are understood and properly scheduled
• Distribute functional requirements accurately to relevant teams

Qualifications

Must Have

• Extensive experience in Solution Design and Business Analysis (senior/expert level)
• Fluent in German and English at least B2 level
• Experience with cross-system process analysis to see the big picture
• Strong requirements management skills
• Confidence working with multiple departments and external partners
• Workshop moderation experience, including larger groups
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AWS-based solutions
• Hands-on experience with Jira (administration, backlog maintenance)

Nice To Have

• Experience in the billing/invoicing domain
• Experience working with Jira in a scaled or multi-team environment
