The Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer with strong Business Analyst skills to join our Billing Layout team. This team manages how invoices are designed and functional, including electronic invoicing and PDF formats. You will serve as a bridge between the business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating requirements gathering, workshops, and ensuring alignment across all parties.

What You Will Do

• Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather and discuss requirements for invoice layout and design
• Document and coordinate business requirements clearly
• Align with various stakeholders to clarify open questions and prioritize tasks
• Translate business needs into language and formats suitable for development teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements are well understood and effectively planned
• Distribute functional requirements to relevant teams

Qualifications

Must Have

• Extensive experience in Solution Design and Business Analysis (senior/expert level)
• Proficiency in both English and German at minimum B2 level
• Experience with cross-system process analysis and big-picture thinking
• Strong requirements management capabilities
• Confidence in collaborating with different departments and external partners
• Workshop moderation skills, including facilitation for larger groups
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AWS-based solutions
• Hands-on experience with Jira (administration and backlog management)

Nice To Have

• Experience in the billing or invoicing domain
• Experience working with Jira in scaled or multi-team setups
