Responsibilities: How You’ll Make an Impact 💼

  • Prospect and generate new business: Engage small businesses within your assigned territory to grow our client base.
  • Conduct needs analyses: Assess client requirements and recommend Spectrum Business solutions tailored to their communication needs.
  • Achieve sales targets: Drive sales across data, phone, video, and mobile services by guiding leads from initial contact to close.
  • Maintain accurate records: Log sales activities, presentations, and deals using our software and tools.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work seamlessly with other business groups to ensure smooth order execution and outstanding customer service.
  • Stay informed: Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum’s offerings and strategies.
  • Enhance customer experience: Simplify interactions through proactive communication and support.

Working Conditions 🏞️

  • Daily field-based, outside sales activities involving frequent driving and walking.
  • Occasional office work when not in the field.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 🌟

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales or in the telecom/technical industry.
  • Skills:
    • Effective communication—reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
    • Strong multitasking and administrative management skills
    • Quick learner with team-oriented mindset
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
    • Professional, driven, and determined character
    • Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record
    • Reliable vehicle and valid insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B outside sales, exceeding goals, especially in telecommunications or technical industries
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The base salary typically ranges from $47,800 to $94,900. Actual offer depends on skills, experience, and location. In addition, the role includes a commission target starting at $54,000. Incentives such as bonuses may also be available.

The typical pay range for this position is $47,800 - $94,900, with potential additional earnings through commissions starting at $54,000.
