How You’ll Make an Impact 🚀

  • Prospect and generate new business: Engage small businesses within your assigned sales territory to grow our customer base.
  • Consultative needs analysis: Identify communication requirements and recommend tailored Spectrum Business solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets: Drive sales across data, phone, video, and mobile services, guiding leads from initial contact to final sale.
  • Maintain accurate records: Track sales activities, presentations, and closed deals using essential software and tools.
  • Collaborate for success: Work with other teams to ensure seamless order execution and excellent customer service.
  • Stay current: Attend sales meetings and training to stay up-to-date on Spectrum’s products and strategies.
  • Enhance customer experience: Proactively communicate and support customers for a simplified, positive experience.

Working Conditions 🌟

  • Field-based, outside selling with frequent driving and walking
  • Occasional office work when not in the field

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 🎯

Required Qualifications ✅

Education 📚
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience 🏆
  • 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience
Skills 💼
  • Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • Effective management of sales and administrative tasks with multitasking skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge and work well in a team
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Driven, professional, and determined demeanor
  • Valid, active State driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle and car insurance

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

Skills
  • Outside B2B sales experience, exceeding goals, preferably in telecom or technical industries
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The base pay generally ranges between $47,800 and $94,900. Final offer depends on skills, experience, and location. Additional incentive-based compensation, including bonuses, may be available.

Moreover, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
