Position Overview
As a Spectrum B2B Outside Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to prospect and sell Spectrum's solutions door-to-door to small businesses. This hunter sales role demands a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead management from initial contact to closing.
Compensation & Benefits 🎉
- Base salary ranges from $47,800 to $94,900, depending on skills, experience, and location.
- Uncapped industry-leading commission plan starting at $54,000.

Qualifications & Skills 🌟
Required Experience & Education
- At least 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry background.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Driven, professional, and results-oriented character.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outside sales experience in telecom, tech, or related industries.
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
