Key Responsibilities
- Execute RED Strategy to drive positive same-store sales growth (SSSG) and increase transactions 📈
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop annual local marketing plans, including competitive value offers and promotional campaigns 📝
- Build digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals, encompassing paid media, promotions, and content 🖥️
- Optimize performance marketing by analyzing global performance data and identifying growth opportunities 🔍
- Implement modern marketing tactics focusing on digital, mobile, and CRM channels that drive sales 📱
- Prioritize marketing initiatives across regions to enhance growth, revenue, and efficiency 🎯
- Partner with regional food aggregators to develop profitable sales initiatives and key partnerships 🤝
- Develop dashboards and analysis tools to monitor marketing and digital performance, providing actionable insights 📊
- Collaborate cross-functionally with franchisees and other teams to activate sales-driving platforms 🌐
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus) 🗣️
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR or technology sectors 🕒
- Proficiency in AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, web analytics, and reporting tools like Google Analytics 📈
- Strong skills in team leadership, engagement, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration ✨
- Experience in e-commerce, apps, and social media marketing (CRM/loyalty, paid media, agency management) 💻
- Deep understanding of data-driven marketing to enhance customer engagement and transactions 📊
- History of delivering consistent sales growth in fast-paced, diverse environments 🚀
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels such as paid search, retargeting, and programmatic advertising 🎥
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 🎓
- Experience working within multinational companies 🌍
Compensation & Location
Salary Range: $107,800 – $114,000 annually + bonus eligibility 💼
Note: Final compensation will consider the candidate’s experience, location, and other relevant factors. This position requires willingness to work in Dallas, TX.
