About the Role

We're hiring a Brand & Trade Marketing Manager to convert brand strategy into actionable plans tailored for the U.S. market. This planning-driven position focuses on crafting brand and trade marketing frameworks that are executed by commercial teams, distributors, and agencies across both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing USA and works closely with our Mexico-based headquarters, global marketing team, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Own

• 📅 Developing Annual & Quarterly Brand Plans for the U.S.
• 🛠️ Creating Trade Marketing Plans and activation toolkits
• 🔍 Defining channel-specific brand and trade strategies
• 📝 Preparing agency briefs, coordination, and oversight
• 🤝 Facilitating cross-functional alignment between Brand and Commercial teams in the U.S. and Mexico

What This Role Is Not

• ❌ Not an event execution role
• ❌ Not a sales role
• ❌ Not a creative-only position

This position emphasizes brand planning, strategic clarity, and organizational structure.

What We’re Looking For

• 🌟 5–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing
• 🗣️ Bilingual in English & Spanish — mandatory (daily interaction with Mexico HQ and leadership)
• 🍷 Experience in Wines & Spirits
• 📈 Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• 🚀 Proven ability to translate brand strategy into actionable plans
