About the Role 🤝

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to support our Korean skincare pop-up event. You will help organize gift bags, assist guests on the sales floor, and serve as the energetic, professional face of our brand.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Prepare and distribute customer gift bags 🎁
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service 😊
• Share product knowledge (training provided) 📚
• Assist with retail sales support and line management 🛍️
• Maintain a clean, organized event space 🧼
• Offer outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently 💳
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy 💰
• Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising products 🧺
• Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about new items or promotions 🎥
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales 💸
• Maintain a neat work area and adhere to store policies 🧹
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries 📞
• Work collaboratively with team members for smooth operations 👫

Qualifications ✅

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, event staffing, or as a brand ambassador (a plus)
• Bilingual skills encouraged to serve diverse customers 🌎
• Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
• Experience with cashiering, stock management, and merchandising beneficial
