About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. To explore more about our career areas and business divisions, visit wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • 📝 Support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and introducing customers to bankers
  • 🔒 Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
  • ⚙️ Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of banking procedures and products, and collaborating with partners across the organization
  • 📅 Assist the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling
  • 🛠️ Resolve issues related to daily teller line operations under the guidance of regional banking management
  • 🙋 Support customers and employees by resolving or escalating concerns and complaints
  • 🎯 Exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures under managerial guidance
  • 🤝 Provide exceptional service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing transactions requested by customers
  • 🔍 Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial services
  • 🚀 Motivate a diverse team to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • ✅ 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience, demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
  • ✅ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English (speaking and listening)

  • 🌟 Strong customer service skills, including active listening and issue comprehension
  • 📱 Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options
  • 🤝 Professional integrity and excellent communication skills
  • 🚨 Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take preventive action
  • 💰 Cash handling experience
  • 🗂️ Well-organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • 🧠 Sound judgment, questions for management, and adherence to policies
  • 🎖️ Relevant military experience in personnel benefits, orders processing, wartime operations, HR, or recruiting
  • 🔐 Knowledge of compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
  • 🌍 Ability to motivate others and meet business goals

Job Expectations

  • 🕒 Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • 🚫 Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • 📝 Must pass a language assessment

Pay Range 💵

Reflecting the base pay range offered for this position, which may vary based on performance, skills, experience, or location. Incentive opportunities may also be available.
