About This Role

We are seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to support our National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. Discover more about our career areas and divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Support customer experience by processing teller transactions accurately, sharing digital solutions, and introducing customers to bankers
  • Complete operational activities while reducing risks within established policies
  • Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, leveraging knowledge of bank procedures and products
  • Assist the Branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling
  • Resolve issues related to daily teller operations under regional management guidance
  • Support customers and staff by resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
  • Exercise judgment within policies and procedures, guided by managers
  • Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing transactions
  • Identify and recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs
  • Motivate and lead a diverse team to achieve goals and maximize full potential

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience, demonstrated through work, education, military, or training
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (listening and speaking)

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen, gather information, and understand customer issues
  • Ability to educate customers on technology and promote mobile banking solutions
  • Professional and thoughtful communication with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take preventive actions
  • Cash handling experience
  • Well-organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment, awareness of policies, and proactive questioning of management when necessary
  • Relevant military experience such as benefits management, processing orders, or wartime operations
  • Understanding of compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
  • Leadership skills to motivate others and meet business objectives

Job Expectations 🎯

  • Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • This position does not offer Visa sponsorship
  • Successful completion of a required language assessment

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Pay Range: $23.00 – $30.25 per hour

Note: Pay varies based on experience, skills, location, and performance. Incentives may also be available.
