Role Overview

The Branch Manager SAFE Act is an intermediate management role responsible for guiding a team to drive sales, enhance customer relationships, and develop business strategies. This position involves managing both internal teams and external activities, ensuring compliance, and fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Administer branch sales, service excellence, and human resource management.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and align staff with company priorities; conduct performance evaluations and hiring processes.
• Planning & Budgeting: Execute planning, budgeting, and ensure branch goals are achieved.
• Daily Operations: Lead daily huddles, communicate company objectives, and monitor performance metrics.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee branch controls, ensure adherence to regulations, and maintain positive audit ratings.
• Professional Development: Identify training needs, create career development plans, and support staff growth.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes and integrate new team members effectively.
• Risk & Ethical Standards: Make informed business decisions, uphold firm reputation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Leadership: Proven track record managing teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with clarity in messaging.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and business performance.
• Language: Bilingual English/Spanish speakers preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Primary location: North Miami Beach, Florida

Salary Range: $66,400.00 - $99,600.00
