This role is non-exempt under FLSA, requiring time tracking and overtime eligibility for hours over 40 per week.
Requirements ✅
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass any assessments associated with the role
- Three weeks of instructor-led training plus two weeks of on-the-job training
Remote Work Technical Requirements 🖥️
- Minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps (confirmation via speedtest.net or provider documentation)
- No satellite internet; Ethernet connection from the router to the Meraki device is mandatory
- Wi-Fi and extenders are not permitted when using Regions equipment
Skills & Competencies 🔧
- Ability to recommend products/services effectively
- Multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours in the contact center
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Time management and communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferences 🌟
- At least 1 year of customer service or production experience

Training Schedule 📅
- Initial Training: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST
- Post-Training: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm CST, plus rotating Saturday shifts (2 out of 5)
- Off days provided on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during Saturday rotation weeks
Location & Travel 🗺️
This role is primarily based in Houston, TX, and requires proximity to a regional branch, consumer operations, or professional office. Regions does not cover relocation costs, so candidates must manage their own relocation if applicable. Exceptions may apply for current remote associates.
Position Details
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Target range starting at $42,536.81 USD (minimum), median at $45,486.00 USD. Pay varies based on experience, skills, performance, and location.
This job is not incentive eligible.
