As a Bilingual Workforce Manager, You Will...

• Serve as a key link between client managers, local offices, and contract employees, including participating in client meetings
• Enhance profitability by understanding client needs and providing high-quality contractors
• Manage on-site temporary workforce at the client’s location
• Support reporting activities internally and for clients as needed
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Perform customer service activities to ensure client and employee satisfaction

• Base salary: $54,000
• Performance bonus potential: Up to $2,000 annually
