About the Role

As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Your Wireless, you'll directly engage with customers, educate them on Verizon’s products and services, and guide their purchase decisions. Your goal is to create memorable shopping experiences and earn repeat business through exceptional service.

• Location: Bronx, NY
• Compensation: Up to $30.00/hour or more, including base pay, commissions, and incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
• Assist customers through the entire sales process
• Educate customers about Verizon products and services
• Drive sales to meet and surpass personal and store targets
• Resolve customer issues professionally and completely
• Support store management with various tasks
• Complete required training programs
• Model professional conduct and personal integrity
• Develop skills to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1+ years in retail or sales roles, preferably with Verizon or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven success in sales and customer service
• Passion for wireless technology and customer engagement
• Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US
