Position Details

• Salary Range: $70,304 - $76,000 💰
• Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) 🕗
• Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English 🗣️

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire 🌟

• Motivate your team through shift meetings, coaching, and real-time support.
• Address concerns, celebrate successes, and maintain open communication.
• Foster a culture grounded in accountability, safety, and pride in performance.

Drive Operational Excellence 🚧

• Adjust workflows and resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Implement labor management programs and performance tracking systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and supply requirements.
• Oversee inventory management and audit processes to ensure accuracy.

Develop and Empower Your Team 🌱

• Identify training needs and lead cross-training initiatives.
• Conduct job shadowing and on-the-job training, especially with Forklift Operators.
• Align team tasks with customer objectives and goals.
• Provide regular performance feedback to foster growth.

Prioritize Safety and Quality 🦺

• Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct daily safety observations.
• Participate in safety committees to cultivate a proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle additional duties within your training and expertise.

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Korean and English (mandatory).
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for safety, quality, and continuous enhancement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with WMS, Excel, and Word.
