Shifts Available ⏰

• 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Sunday - Wednesday)
• 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Wednesday - Saturday)

Starting Pay 💰

$17.94 per hour

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Manage operational financial budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Supervise janitorial operations personnel directly
• Provide training for staff in their respective roles
• Monitor performance, give feedback, and develop team members, prioritizing employee safety, incident reporting, and timely communication
• Coordinate daily operations with team members and resolve deficiencies promptly
• Ensure coverage across all 3 shifts by collaborating with shift leads and confirming daily schedules
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, issuing disciplinary actions when necessary
• Implement machinery and safety programs, including forklift and scissor lift training
• Manage chemicals and supply inventory, ensuring safety and proper PPE usage

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Completion of 10-Hour OSHA general industry certification
• OSHA-certified forklift/scissor lift operator
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in distribution centers, janitorial, or building maintenance
• Effective communication skills with internal/external customers and staff
• Knowledge of human resources processes, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminations
