You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help ensure everything operates smoothly behind the scenes. 💼 Key Details

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour 💰
• Schedule: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required 🗣️

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Customer Communication: Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations. 😊
• Schedule & Organize: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track. 📅
• Paperwork Perfection: Process orders and Bills of Lading, verify documentation with accuracy — because details matter! 📝
• Dock & Yard Coordination: Keep the flow efficient by assigning dock doors, tracking trailers, and maintaining key reports. 🚚
• Team Player: Collaborate closely with shift leads and support shipping and receiving when needed — teamwork makes the dream work! 🤝

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required 🎓
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required) 🗣️
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) 💻
• Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better! 🌱
