Shifts Available

• 6:00 am - 5:00 pm Sunday - Wednesday
• 6:00 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday - Saturday

Starting Pay: $17.94 per hour 💵

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization 📊
• Supervise janitorial personnel, ensuring proper training and performance 💼
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and set clear expectations with a focus on safety 🚧
• Coordinate daily operations and swiftly address any deficiencies 🔧
• Collaborate with shift leads to ensure coverage for all three shifts 📅
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards ✅
• Implement machinery and safety programs, including forklift training 🚜
• Oversee chemicals and supply inventory, ensuring safety and proper PPE use 🧴

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish 🗣️
• 10-Hour OSHA general industry certification 📜
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification 🚜
• Preferred experience in janitorial operations 🧹
• At least 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers or janitorial services 🏢
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders 📞
• Experience with HR processes such as staffing, performance management, and employee development 📝
