Job Details

• Pay Rate: $14 - $17 per hour
• Position Type: Full-time
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Work Location: In person in Ruther Glen, VA

Responsibilities & Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Bilingual Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written communication required)
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Warehouse Equipment Experience: Prior experience with forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or EPJ is a plus
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Communication: Excellent team and communication skills
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain focus
• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary
• Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus
