Compensation & Salary

Our new Field Sales Representatives typically earn between $60,530 and $100,000, combining base salary with uncapped commissions. Your starting salary within this range may vary based on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education. Salaries are contingent upon meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Your Role as a Brand Ambassador

As the face and voice of AT&T, you'll work independently to deliver tailored sales experiences during scheduled appointments. Your duties include offering hands-on product demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and resolving issues to keep customers connected to what matters most.

How You'll Succeed

• Initial Paid Training: We'll start with comprehensive training to prepare you for independent success in the field. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you updated and skilled.
• Customer Engagement: You'll connect daily with existing customers and warm prospects through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T, ensuring effective interactions.
• Sales Skills: Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly, aiming to close each deal with confidence and professionalism.

Key Requirements for Success

• Minimum of 1+ years of commission-based sales experience required
• Outside sales experience is highly preferred
• Proven success in commission-based sales is a plus
