Position Overview
As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you'll be the face and voice of our brand—working independently to engage customers, showcase the latest technology, and help them stay connected to what matters most.
Top earners can make up to $100,000 annually, combining salary and commission!
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $60,530 to $100,000, depending on factors like location, experience, and training

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional, tailored experiences through scheduled appointments, including:
- Hands-on demonstrations and Wi-Fi assessments
- Tech delivery and issue resolution
- Building customer relationships and closing sales

Key Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of commission sales experience; outside sales experience preferred
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent upselling and customer satisfaction skills
- Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities
- Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record
