Compensation & Benefits

Our new representatives typically earn between $61,800 and $100,000, combining base salary with lucrative commission opportunities. Your exact starting salary will depend on factors such as location, experience, expertise, and training. Earnings are also contingent upon meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Your Day-to-Day

• Represent AT&T confidently as the primary contact for customers, delivering personalized sales experiences during scheduled appointments.
• Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech deliveries, and troubleshoot issues to keep customers connected to what matters most.
• Work independently, managing your schedule and building strong customer relationships.

What You Bring

• At least 1+ years of commission-based sales experience, preferably in outside sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and pivot seamlessly to customer needs.
• Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
