• Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $60,530 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commissions.
• Starting salary varies based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
• Salary depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Your Role as a Field Sales Representative

Be the friendly face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver tailored sales experiences during scheduled appointments. You'll demonstrate products, assess Wi-Fi needs, deliver tech, and resolve issues—keeping customers connected to what matters most.
