Compensation & Earnings

  • Our new Field Sales Representatives typically earn between $60,530 to $100,000, including salary and commissions.
  • Starting salary may vary based on location, experience, expertise, and training.
  • Salary is contingent upon meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As the face and voice of AT&T, you'll work independently to provide customers with personalized sales experiences during scheduled appointments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering hands-on demonstrations and Wi-Fi assessments
  • Overseeing tech deliveries and resolving issues to keep customers connected
  • Offering tailored solutions that meet individual customer needs
