Our new Field Sales Representatives typically earn between $60,530 and $100,000, which includes base salary plus commission. Your starting salary within this range may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, expertise, and training. Salary levels are also contingent on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Your Role as a Face of AT&T
You will be the friendly face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working autonomously to deliver personalized, engaging sales experiences at scheduled appointments. You’ll close deals by providing hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and resolving issues—ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.

Key Expectations to Succeed
- Minimum of 1+ years of commission-based sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred

- Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional customer service
- Comfort with hands-on demos and technical troubleshooting
