What You'll Do 🎯
As a Bilingual Verifications Specialist, you'll be instrumental in supporting our clients’ pre-employment screening processes by:
- Delivering accurate and reliable screening results to help create safer environments for employees, customers, and partners.
- Verifying candidate information including employment history, education, licenses, certifications, and references.
- Communicating with companies, educational institutions, and third-party organizations to confirm data.
- Writing detailed reports, flagging discrepancies, and recording verified data in our systems.
- Performing quality checks to meet client standards and ensure data integrity.
- Meeting daily volume and accuracy targets.
- Handling verifications for high-profile clients and other related tasks as needed.
Requirements ✅
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a call center, BPO/KPO, or fact-checking roles.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
Additional Information
Location: 100% remote in Colombia
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (UTC-5)
Performance & Training 📈
- Set and execute professional goals; participate in regular 1:1 meetings.
- Attend internal training on topics like Compliance and Privacy.
- Join business unit and customer-focused meetings as needed.
Physical & Work Environment 🖥️
This role is largely sedentary and conducted remotely, involving standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, scanners, and more.
