We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Translator fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to assist with translation and interpretation tasks. This offsite role in Charlotte, NC, will focus on ensuring seamless communication across language barriers, supporting our business operations during this temporary assignment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Real-time Interpretation: Provide accurate verbal translation between Mandarin Chinese and English during meetings, calls, and virtual discussions 📞
• Document Translation: Translate emails, reports, policies, and technical documents with clarity and cultural sensitivity 📝
• Proofreading & Review: Review translated materials for accuracy, grammar, and consistency ✅
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge to ensure the intended tone and message are conveyed correctly between teams 💬
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information 🔒
• Support & Adaptation: Assist cross-functional teams with translation needs and tailor translations to fit specific business contexts and audiences 🎯

🎯 Qualifications

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required 🌍
• Proven experience in translation and/or interpretation within a professional setting 🏢
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business communication practices in both languages 🌐
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills ✍️
• Ability to work independently in a remote/offsite environment 🏡
