Key Responsibilities

• Team Oversight: Coordinate and supervise the Pennsauken maintenance team, organizing technician workflows and supporting production priorities.
• Maintenance Management: Oversee preventative, emergency, and scheduled maintenance, ensuring work is inspected and verified for quality.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and manage service requests, adhering to Quality and SHE standards.
• Scheduling & Support: Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and Planner to arrange contracted maintenance and third-party labor support.
• System Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Process Mastery: Master the operation of new and existing production lines, ensuring optimal parameters and efficiency.
• Safety & Quality: Commit to providing safe food products while working within all regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and oversee scheduled maintenance activities to foster a cohesive team environment.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Expertise: Mastery in mechanical and electrical maintenance functions with quick decision-making skills under pressure.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
