About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual (French) Training Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our business customers and partners. This role involves designing new modules, updating existing content, and helping users maximize the benefits of Keeper’s software products. The ideal candidate will drive customer success through engaging and effective training initiatives.
Location & Working Hours
- This position is based in the United States but operates on Irish Standard Time (IST).
- Work hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm IST, which corresponds to approximately 2:30 am – 11:00 am CST.
- Opportunity for a hybrid schedule for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area.
- Remote from select locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions for customers to ensure proficiency with Keeper products, adapting content to various skill levels.
- Create compelling training materials such as guides, videos, and webinars to facilitate learning.
- Lead virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions on software usage, customization, and optimization.
- Foster participatory sessions that promote questions, discussions, and hands-on experiences.
- Assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously enhance training programs and resources.
- Provide post-training support, follow-up, and clarification to ensure smooth adoption of Keeper solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer configurations, customizations, and training interactions.
- Organize and manage a repository of training materials for easy access and reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights that inform product improvements and support efforts.
- Work aligned with Irish Standard Time to ensure effective collaboration with regional clients and teams.
- Communicate fluently in both French and English, verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in training development and delivery, preferably in SaaS B2B or customer service environments.
- Fluent in French (native) and English (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and associated technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences and skill levels.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Experience with Google Docs, MS Office, and training tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
