Job Summary
We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Training Specialist fluent in English and Spanish. In this role, you will develop, present, and manage training programs and courses for our software applications and systems. Your primary focus will be on creating programs that meet training needs across the enterprise through blended, classroom, and virtual learning modalities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, present, manage, and facilitate training programs, courses, and materials in a high-impact, interactive environment.
- Collaborate with IT staff to translate functional specifications into engaging training content.
- Create and maintain training materials, including curricula, videos, and documentation.
- Analyze training needs through discussions with business unit leadership.
- Design storyboards and training scenarios that replicate real customer experiences.
- Partner with the technology team to assess, design, and update training solutions.
- Conduct webinars covering system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay current with industry standards and embrace new training technologies for continuous development.
- Develop additional content as needed to support evolving business training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using various assessment techniques, maintaining records of participation and progress.
- Encourage active participation and motivate learners during sessions.
- Communicate complex security concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work independently with a proactive attitude, managing multiple priorities effectively.
