The IMA Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to efficiently schedule medical and psychological exams, manage calls, and ensure smooth operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team supporting healthcare and clinical services.

Job Summary

As a Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler, you will coordinate appointment schedules, interact with clients and healthcare professionals, and maintain precise records—all while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service. Please note, we are currently not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington state.

Responsibilities 📝

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Interface with clients, healthcare providers, and internal staff to facilitate seamless scheduling and address inquiries.
• Enter and maintain scheduling data accurately within the company's database, keeping records organized and up-to-date.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by working collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain detailed records of scheduled appointments and related communications.

Qualifications 🎓

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of clerical and telephone experience.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and software applications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Prior experience in scheduling or customer service is preferred.
