What You'll Do *This role will require travel* ✈️

  • Prospect new business across the Southern Texas territory
  • New Business Development:
    • Meet or exceed sales budgets, strategic goals, and KPIs
    • Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan with weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager
    • Execute sales plans to achieve budgeted goals at small, medium, and national retail locations
  • Act as the company's primary liaison with retail customers
  • Deliver sales and training presentations at retail and national account locations
  • Travel within the assigned territory, utilizing Salesforce CRM to maintain touch plans with key stakeholders
  • Prepare business reports and submit regular expense reports
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Vice President of Sales or Regional Sales Manager

Note: This role involves approximately 80% new business hunting and 20% account management (farming).

About You 🌟

  • 3+ years of sales experience required; experience in the retail space is a plus
  • Minimum 2+ years in new business development (sales hunting)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
  • Extensive driving required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory
  • Strong Spanish language skills, including fluency and professional communication

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The full-time, year-one on-target compensation (base salary + commission) ranges from $105,000 to $140,000. The commission is uncapped.
