This position involves managing distributor accounts to drive sales growth for TRUSS Professional through education and fostering strong business connections with distributors and salon personnel.

This is a 1099 contractor position, with a potential to become permanent full-time

Responsibilities"������Work cohesively and supportively alongside Sales Director and Head of Growth "������Assist in overseeing distributor accounts and salon relationships in assigned territory"������Ensure that TRUSS Professional offers the highest possible level of customer service by cultivating strong relationships and consistent communication with distributors and salon personnel"������Communicate regularly with distributor partners "������Assist DSC in Identify and pursue new salon acquisition"������Communicate with established salon leads within territory and develop rapport"������Schedule and oversee educational classes and events"������Conduct in-salon brand education while demonstrating the benefits of TRUSS Professional products "������Develop and deliver engaging presentations to showcase product features, techniques, and results"������Provide personalized product recommendations to meet the specific needs of each salon"������Regularly detail and visit salons with Distributor Sales Representatives"������Conduct, plan and participate in all Distributor Sales Meetings"������Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed, to represent Truss Professional and expand brand awareness."������Follow Truss Professional brand education and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions"������Stay current with industry trends, new products, and techniques"������Gather feedback from salon professionals and share with the home office team to inform product development and improvement.Qualifications

- Licensed hairdresser with a minimum of 3 years experience in a salon environment- Previous experience conducting education within the hair care sector- Strong presentation and communication skills- Proven track record of turning educational sessions into successful sales outcomes- Passion for the hair care industry and a deep understanding of the stylists needs- Ability to travel frequently to meet with distributor accounts and salons - Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record- Willing and able to travel overnight- Proficient computer skills necessary Google Docs with ability to learn and navigate internal systems- Bilingual Speaker is mandatory: English and Spanish
