Position Overview
This role involves supporting daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and communicating effectively with team members. The position is based on-site in Brooklyn, NY, with a pay range of $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities 📝
- Assist with all daily support tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by management
- Communicate with employees regarding missing timesheets, PTO requests, and payroll items
- Manage phone call overflow and resolve caller inquiries
- Track missing timesheet progress using a shared spreadsheet
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications ✔️
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude, committed to providing exceptional team support

Pay Range 💵
The hourly pay range for this role is $23 - $25. Final compensation will be influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location.
