Position Overview 🏦

As a Full-Time Bilingual Teller within PNC's Retail organization, based at our Hanover Crossroads branch in Wilkes Barre, PA, you will play a key role in enhancing customer financial wellbeing and building customer loyalty. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Create a distinctive customer experience focused on improving financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty.
• Handle a variety of customer interactions by educating customers on available financial strategies and products.
• Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and refer customers to branch staff when appropriate.
• Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Inform customers about managing transactions and leveraging technology using available tools and resources.
• Apply product knowledge and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
• Ensure smooth branch operations by adhering to policies, maintaining accurate transactions, and supporting a well-functioning environment.
