Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Progress Avenue financial center in Harrisburg, PA, Dauphin County. Availability must be flexible around branch hours; note that Sundays are not scheduled.

Role Focus: Deliver an exceptional customer experience with passion and enthusiasm by facilitating transactions, promoting bank products, and supporting customers' financial goals. Fluency in Spanish is required — reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately, following bank policies and procedures.
• Referral duties: Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend banking solutions, fostering relationship-building conversations to meet customer needs.
• Risk management: Ensure compliance with regulations and Fulton policies to mitigate operational, security, and settlement risks using sound judgment.
• Leverage digital solutions: Support customers with technology and digital tools to troubleshoot and enhance service.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• Customer service experience: 6-12 months required
• Cash handling experience: 6-12 months preferred

Other Duties

Employees may perform additional duties as assigned by the manager. All staff are responsible for understanding and acting according to compliance programs, regulations, and policies. Completing all required training and escalating risks appropriately is essential.

Pay Transparency 💰

To promote transparency, we share base salary ranges in our job postings. For this role, the hourly rate is $17.25 - $24.23. Compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, licenses, and location. This position may also participate in a short-term incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
