Community Sports Partners, one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA, is looking for a dynamic leader to guide our outbound sales team and help foster engaging experiences for youth and families in our communities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Telesales Manager to oversee our sales development representatives (SDRs), drive lead generation, and implement effective business strategies. This full-time position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outbound sales team of SDRs
• Drive lead generation efforts and develop new business opportunities
• Execute sales strategies and set performance targets
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
• Leadership experience in managing sales teams
• Knowledge of CRM tools for tracking interactions and updating leads accurately
• Exceptional Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
• Fluency in Spanish and English
