Community Sports Partners, one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA, is looking for a dynamic leader to guide our outbound sales team and help foster engaging experiences for youth and families in our communities.
About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Telesales Manager to oversee our sales development representatives (SDRs), drive lead generation, and implement effective business strategies. This full-time position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the outbound sales team of SDRs
- Drive lead generation efforts and develop new business opportunities
- Execute sales strategies and set performance targets
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools for tracking interactions and updating leads accurately
- Exceptional Communication and Sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Fluency in Spanish and English
