Position: Bilingual Telesales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Telesales Manager to lead and oversee our outbound sales team. This full-time role involves managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), driving lead generation efforts, and executing strategic business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the outbound sales team to achieve targets 🎯
• Drive lead generation efforts through innovative strategies
• Oversee the development and execution of business development plans
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members for optimal performance
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential customers

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales and lead generation experience
• Ability to build and maintain a robust customer pipeline
• Leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking interactions and updating lead info
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
• Fluency in both Spanish and English 🌍
