Responsibilities 🎯
- Provide frontline technical support to consumers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist customers with high-speed internet services, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
- Handle technical problems related to internet service, devices, and operating systems.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Manage trouble ticket systems and document user issues regarding Data Network, OS, and connectivity.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and patient attitude with all customers.
- Complete work assignments timely, adhering to schedule and company policies.
Requirements ✅
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop systems and familiar with Windows-based platforms.
- Subscribed download rate of ≥12.0 Mbps and upload rate of ≥3.0 Mbps.
- Minimal packet loss, ping under 30ms.
- Internet connection must NOT be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G/4G/3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
- Provision of internet details as proof of connection.
- Quiet, clean workspace for remote work setup.
