Position Overview

Valor PayTech is looking for a talented bilingual professional to provide exceptional technical support to our merchant clients. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with innovative fintech solutions in a dynamic environment. Please note: the first month requires onsite training in Jericho, NY.

🏢 Location & Work Schedule

• Initial Onsite Training: 2 Jericho Plaza, Jericho, NY 11753
• Remote Work: Post-training, the role is fully remote within the U.S.
• Training Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM EST (First month)
• Post-Training Hours: 3 PM – 12 AM EST

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Valor’s payment products and services.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to POS systems and payment terminals.
• Configure, program, and deploy merchant terminals and software solutions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to merchant inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate internally to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.

📝 Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum 2 years of technical support or customer service experience (required)
• Familiarity with POS hardware/software is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-changing industry.
